Cara Crabb-Burnham on Pregnancy, Cannabis and Compliance
Cara Crabb-Burnham is an OG MA advocate – one of the very first canna moms Joyce met in Massachusetts. With over a dozen years of local cannabis industry experience, Cara has had influence in many aspects of the growing cannabis industry in Massachusetts including her work with Elevate Northeast, where she was on a team of cannabis industry leaders and educators and patients who shared a passion for creating educational programs and experiences that break stigma against the cannabis plant and those who consume and work with it. A mission close to our heart. She speaks with Joyce about a specific stigma she has experienced - and is experiencing again - as a pregnant woman consuming cannabis and what she has done and what she is hoping to do advocating for herself and others.
