Meg Sanders Healing Our World Through Canna Conversations

Meg Sanders is the co-founder and CEO of Canna Provisions, an adult use dispensary with stores in Lee and Holyoke Massachusetts. Meg is also a cannabis pioneer having been an influential industry voice in the Colorado cannabis regulations and legalization over a decade ago. Meg’s story has been featured on many prominent media outlets including NPR, Rolling Stone, The New York Times and now The Canna Mom Show. Prior to investing her powerful voice and incredible energy into the emerging cannabis industry, Meg Sanders had leadership roles in multiple business areas including experience in managing financial compliance for private equity companies, nonprofit business leadership and retail. Joyce talks with Meg about her journey from mountains of Colorado to western Massachusetts; the transformative changes cannabis is capable of; and the role of women building this new industry.

And Jillian Johnson of Simply J. Bookkeeping shares some of her tips on cannabis accounting and the importance of working with a cannabis accounting specialist. The Canna Mom Show wants to thank Simply J Bookkeeping and Consulting for making today’s show possible.
