Sonja Rosario-Belliard Connecting Rochester Canna Moms

Sonja Rosario-Belliard is a New York cannabis advocate. She is the founder of both Rochester Women in Cannabis Association and Women+Weed Conference. Sonja shares with Joyce her story of healing from an opiate addiction, the work she is doing with supporting canna moms in her community, and why she is now committed to healing her community and advocating for plant medicine.

 Joyce also explains how she’s learned to finally roll her own joints using a chopstick (watch on YouTube to see her) and gives a shout out to Thunder Walkers Smoke Currency Tour!  Thunder Walker is a cannabis advocate out of Oklahoma and she’s got a tour bus equipped with a podcast studio and is travelling the country. She is connected to the Courage in Cannabis books and will be in Vegas in November at MJBiz Con – Joyce is hoping to do podcast from the bus!
